Great thoughts about how important Progress is as an outcome from our Founder. That's part of our philosophy at TuaPath. Is it part of your philosophy in employment and benefit services? If so, can you measure and report it? TuaPath can help. Connect with us today to learn more. #APHSASummit2024

Second full day at #APHSASUMMIT2024. Had an interesting conversation about measuring outcomes in human services. To many, the outcomes they try to measure is full-time employment. While full-time employment is the goal we want people to achieve, we have to realize that so many participants come into the programs at functioning levels and with barriers that are impossible to overcome quickly. Benefit programs have time limits, and when these two forces collide, we need to change our paradigm of success. If a coach can help a participant overcome barriers and to learn how to set and achieve goals, they have made HUGE progress! Progress is a POSITIVE outcome. Progress IS an outcome. The question is can your program measure progress? Can your program report on the progress of cohorts or individuals? If not, then you need to find a partner that can. Part of our philosophy at TuaPath is: Progress is an outcome, because their progress matters. When we understand that, we can truly begin to help people.
