We’re proud to announce that Tucker Ellis has received the 2024 “Tipping the Scales” recognition from the Diversity & Flexibility Alliance. We were proud to be a sponsor of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Foundation’s (CMBF) Halloween Run for Justice on October 26! For over two decades, CMBF has held the fundraising event to advance its mission of providing law-related education and enhanced educational opportunities to the students in Cleveland and East Cleveland City Schools. At Tucker Ellis, supporting such a meaningful cause and being part of a fun-filled community event is always a highlight of the season. A big thank you to our attorneys and staff who laced up and took part in this year’s race – including Mike Ruttinger (pictured below with his daughter), Karl Bekeny, Chad Eggspuehler, Riley Shaw, Chaz Weber, Robert Porter, and Christina Noetzel – and congratulations to Mike, Christina, and TE team member Axel Bekeny on winning their respective age groups. Your dedication truly embodies the spirit of giving back to the Cleveland community. We look forward to continuing working with CMBA year-round to support impactful programs like the Halloween Run for Justice. Yesterday, we wrapped up the second installment of our 2024 Litigation Institute! Over two-day sessions in September and October, 35 associates from across the firm gathered in Cleveland, supported by a dedicated faculty of 44 counsel, partners, and retired partners. Our annual Litigation Institute is designed to sharpen the litigation and courtroom skills of our junior trial lawyers through advanced training, mentorship, and collaboration. We’re incredibly proud of this year’s participants and how much they’ve developed their skills through the program. By investing in the growth of our attorneys, we empower them to deliver exceptional advocacy—today and into the future. Special thanks to our faculty volunteers and to Heather Bartzi for organizing this year’s program. #TuckerEllis #LitigationExcellence #ProfessionalDevelopment #LawyerTraining
