Watching preservation come to life, one window at a time! ✨ The preservation of the ArtCraft building, site of the future City of Cleveland Police Headquarters, by TurnDev is becoming more visible through the incorporation of historically accurate replacement windows. Yet another preservation project bringing life back to the Superior Arts District and furthering GBX's vison started over 10 years ago. The Police Headquarters combined with GBX Headquarters, CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC and the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections are anchoring this growing neighborhood. These new panes are more than just glass—they’re a glimpse into the stories this building will continue to tell. We’re proud to share that the Cleveland Division of Police has unveiled its first electric vehicle—our very own eMoto—as part of its fleet's pilot program! This past weekend, the District hit the streets, patrolling large-scale events across Cleveland, demonstrating the power and versatility of electric mobility. Chief Dorothy Todd praised the District, noting its promising results during the busy weekend. With these vehicles, officers can cover more ground, engage more with the community, and enhance their presence at major events like concerts and parades. Eleven redevelopment projects in the Greater Cleveland region, including the former United Church of Christ headquarters in downtown Cleveland, were earmarked for awards in the latest round of the Ohio Historic Preservation Tax Credits program. ➡ The state tax credits in the Cleveland-Akron area total $22.3 million.
