Meet your Recruiting Manager, Chelsea Alfano! Her U-Haul journey began in college as a Reservation Manager. Over the past five years, she has held various positions, including Reservation Manager, Traffic Control Manager, Customer Service Representative, and Executive Assistant. Now, in her role supporting recruitment, she is driven by helping others secure career opportunities that align with their goals.

This past week has been nothing short of extraordinary. When we launched our "Pack a U-Haul for Hurricane Helene Relief" campaign on Monday, we hoped to fill a truck with supplies for those affected in East Tennessee and Western North Carolina. Partnering with the Louisiana Cajun Navy, we invited our staff and local community to drop off donations at our corporate office by Thursday. Being from Louisiana, we understand all too well the impact hurricanes and floods can have on communities. Yet, we were unprepared for the overwhelming generosity that followed. By Wednesday, we realized one U-Haul wouldn't suffice—we needed three. By Thursday, even a fourth truck wasn't enough. On Friday, October 4th, we watched in awe as an 18-wheeler loaded with urgent supplies set off toward the affected areas.   Our hearts are full seeing how our employees, the AEC industry, neighboring businesses, and state entities came together in this effort. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who donated!
