    We are thrilled to celebrate one of our valued clients, U.S. Venture, Inc., as they received Pensions & Investments and Defined Contribution Institutional Investment Association (DCIIA)'s 2024 Excellence and Innovation Award for retirement plan design. Each year, a small handful of organizations are recognized for their industry-leading plan design and implementation. U.S. Venture has implemented a multipronged employee communications program that explained a new deferral rate “auto-boost” and auto-escalation feature.     Last month, ten U.S. Venture team members took part in our biennial VICODEC trip to Nairobi, Kenya. This trip was more than just a visit; it was an opportunity to strengthen bonds and witness the incredible Kenya Works + VICODEC programs in action. From serving lunch to participating in a medical clinic to meeting their sponsored students, our team members experienced the joy and hope Kenya Works and VICODEC brings to this community daily. We're proud to be part of such transformative work and grateful for the chance to learn and grow with our friends in Kenya. Here's to continued collaboration and making a difference together!

    Our hearts are with everyone who has been affected by Hurricane Helene. In the midst of devastation, we are thankful to those who have stepped in to support one another and their communities. We want to specifically thank the teams at our South Carolina terminals, Nick from our Indianapolis terminal, and our network team for how they came together to ensure our customers could get the fuel needed to power generators and emergency services. When the power went out at our Spartanburg and Augusta terminals on Friday, September 27, our teams worked all hours of the weekend, including driving across multiple states to deliver generators, to get the power and network back up at our Spartanburg terminal by Sunday morning. We are grateful for their care and teamwork ❤️
