Our hearts are with everyone who has been affected by Hurricane Helene. In the midst of devastation, we are thankful to those who have stepped in to support one another and their communities. We want to specifically thank the teams at our South Carolina terminals, Nick from our Indianapolis terminal, and our network team for how they came together to ensure our customers could get the fuel needed to power generators and emergency services. When the power went out at our Spartanburg and Augusta terminals on Friday, September 27, our teams worked all hours of the weekend, including driving across multiple states to deliver generators, to get the power and network back up at our Spartanburg terminal by Sunday morning. We are grateful for their care and teamwork ❤️

Learning is never done. Last week, members of our retail team completed the Dale Carnegie Organization's "Sales Advantage" jobber training in person at our Appleton and Houston locations. From relationship management to sales strategies, our team members walked away from this two-day course with new ways to better serve our c-store customers. A huge thank you goes out CITGO for sponsoring this training and to our team members for their commitment to continued education!

For the past 20+ years, the Women's Fund for the Fox Valley Region's Luncheon has brought together women across the Valley, connecting them with development, networking, and learning opportunities. Earlier this month, a group of U.S. Venture, Inc. team members attended the event with our very own, Stephanie Lowney, introducing the keynote speaker: Dr. Morgan Cutlip. Thank you to U.S. Venture for its continued investment in events like this and to our team members for prioritizing their personal and professional development.
