About us
The Finance Society is one of the premier student-run organizations on at the University of Connecticut and it serves the undergraduate students of the Business School and the University at large. Since its inception in 2003, the Society has been at the forefront of assisting in the professional, educational, and social development of students interested in finance. There are currently over 200 active undergraduate members and the organization continues to grow in popularity.

Join us tomorrow at 6:30 pm in BUSN 127 for a Sales & Trading Panel with Alana Phillips (BUS 19'), and Matthew Arons (BUS 19'). Alana Phillips is currently an associate in the high yield sales and trading team at UBS. Matthew Arons currently holds the position of associate credit trader at J.P. Morgan. Both are alumni of the SMF program and have both participated as executive board members of the Finance Society. Attire is business casual and food will be served!
