Thanks again to SuperReturn for the opportunity to speak on “Investing in Energy Efficiency” and to Jackie Forrest for leading the panel. I not only shared how encouraged we are at Union Main by Echelon Energy’s actual proven results for our clients across the multi-family and hospitality real estate asset classes (e.g. 280 completed projects, $28M of capex deployed, $13M of improved annual NOI and 500 active projects in the pipeline), but I also learned about similar businesses and strategies across Europe (Ref: Laurent Kraif, Franco Hauri, and Pierre-Antoine Machelon). It is clear to me that the demand for energy services companies is growing, and it is global.
