It's crucial to understand the Gallons Per Flush (GPF) of your toilets and the condition of the flush mechanism to avoid unnecessary water waste. We are pleased to announce that Union Main Group – Echelon’s original investor – has acquired substantially all outstanding interests in Echelon. In conjunction with this transaction, Richard Randall has sold his stake in the company and resigned his post as CEO. Echelon’s Chairman Adam Hanover will now also assume the role of CEO. Over the last three-and-a-half years, under the leadership of Adam and Richard, along with COO Gerad Gilbert and CFO Lukas Nebelsick-Gullett, CPA, Echelon successfully completed more than 200 projects with 37 different clients in 42 states. These projects have reduced CO2 emissions by 14,000 metric tons, the equivalent CO2 impact of nearly 36 million passenger car miles, and reduced water consumption by 920 million gallons, enough water to fill nearly 1,900 Olympic sized swimming pools. These projects have saved our clients $10 million in annual utility expenses and driving $150-200 million of implied equity (capped) value.
