As many times as I've shared the stage with my good friend and mentor John Chambers, it never gets old. Just as he does as a board member and advisor - John pushes and pulls - with insights and expertise to bring out the very best. At #MontySummit this week, he closed our session with a thought-provoking question: "What do you know today that you wish you knew seven years ago?" I love this question. As a founder, I take pride in seeing the future—but the reality of what’s ahead is always unknown. Uniphore has been working with enterprises on AI technologies for years. But had I known then that AI architecture would be the foundation of the future, I would have urged our customers to prepare their data years ago.
