Our in-home care team is essential for delivering more accessible care to older and rural patients in a setting that is most comfortable for them. This in-home model allows our care providers to spend approximately 60 minutes with each patient, which is more than twice as long as the average in-office primary care visit, allowing providers like Heather to help patients like Jack.

“We are deeply saddened and shocked at the passing of our dear friend and colleague Brian Thompson, the CEO of UnitedHealthcare. Brian was a highly respected colleague and friend to all who worked with him. We are working closely with the New York Police Department and ask for your patience and understanding during this difficult time. Our hearts go out to Brian’s family and all who were close to him.”
As presenting partner of the 2026 Special Olympics USA Games, we teamed up with New England Patriots star quarterback Drake Maye to support Special Olympics Massachusetts athletes. In August, Drake trained two inspiring SOMA flag football athletes, Nick and Brett.
We are proud to celebrate the hard work of these athletes who persevere, achieve, and inspire in all they do #MyCauseMyCleats
