    Customer and Operations Excellence

Easy business hack to increase profitability and performance: Hire women into your executive positions. And we have dozens to recommend to you. You’re welcome. Thanks to all the female leaders and aspiring leaders who joined our #CUDenverExecutiveMBA Women’s Networking Series session last night to bond over the many paths women and those identifying as women can take to the C-suite and/or small business ownership. Eight takeaways: -Network with intentionality. Do what you say you’re gonna do for others. -Find your allies who will crush your inner critic and call them as needed. -Mentors and coaches: Get one. Be one. -Love your data, your finances, and the story it tells about your organization. Talk about it! -Wealth Management: don’t be embarrassed, we all need help with this. Get a financial planner who understands you and will help you make smart money moves. -Take care of yourself. Maybe it’s 3:30 a.m. before the kids are up. -Get an EMBA at CU Denver (shameless plug…but continuous learning is key!). -Stand tall wherever you go. You belong here. Yes, you absolutely do. Many thanks to our incredible facilitator, Kate Bailey, MBA of TARRA, LLC and our executive panelists who got real and told it how it is: Paige Goss, Shannon Jones, Linda Appel Lipsius, and Kristin Taylor See you at our next Women’s Networking session on November 14, and discover how you can have impact in the boardroom!
