We're thrilled to introduce Charlene Drinkard Haraway, or Charlie Haraway, MBA, ABD, as a new member of the Unparalleled Preparatory Academy (UPA) Board. With a wealth of experience in business operations, finance, and education management, Charlie brings a dynamic perspective to our team.
Charlie's educational journey, including her MBA from Baylor University and her current pursuit of a doctoral degree in Business Administration, reflects her commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Her extensive background spans over 18 years, with significant contributions in both non-profit and for-profit sectors, including private-industry banking and education management.
As an advocate for social responsibility and servant leadership, Charlie's passion for people and community shines through her work. She has a proven track record of driving impactful change through her involvement on various boards and her dedication to financial literacy training and volunteer work.
Charlie's philosophy aligns seamlessly with UPA's mission of redefining education and empowering students to excel in their chosen fields. She believes that by investing in education and entrepreneurial systems, we can cultivate highly qualified, global-thinking, and diverse future generations.
