This past weekend, our Immigreat Ambassadors kicked off Unshackled Ventures's very first #ImmigrantEntrepreneurWeek with two incredible events in Boston and Austin! In Boston, we had a fantastic presence at Boston University IDEACON, where we connected with inspiring student entrepreneurs and shared what it means to be part of Immigreat. Meanwhile, in Austin, we teamed up with Candle AI and Antler for a powerful session focused on supporting immigrant entrepreneurs. This week I had the honor of co-hosting a dinner for Immigrant Founders with my fellow Venture Partner, Brendan Playford along with Alexis Zamira Maciel and Manan M. of Unshackled Ventures at the #SFTechWeek. We brought together 15 powerhouse entrepreneurs building the future of everything from AI first shopping experiences to cheaper healthcare. The sheer passion and intention to support fellow founders in the room expanded my energy!! The unwavering determination, diverse perspectives and innovative spirit of founders was truly inspiring.
