Since joining us in April 2023, Kaesha’s leadership and dedication have led to several well-deserved promotions, showcasing her incredible ability to lead. Austin Community College and Urban Alchemy are partnering on a new job training certification program to help those experiencing homelessness in Austin. Jala Washington explains how the program, focused on HVAC certification, will work.

We are excited to announce that we're expanding to Birmingham (City of Birmingham)! We will be launching our Homeless Engagement Assistance Response Team (HEART), which is a community-based team diverting non-emergency 911 calls involving unhoused residents and connecting them with resources like transitional shelter, mental health support, and social services. #nonprofit #birmingham #homelessness
