About us
TRADOC recruits, trains, and educates Soldiers, develops leaders, supports training in units, develops doctrine, establishes standards, and builds the U.S. Army by developing and integrating operational and functional concepts and organizational designs for the fielded force. TRADOC is a learning organization that evolves and adapts. When we say "Victory Starts Here," it means something. It's more than a hashtag. It's the training, maintaining, teamwork, morale and discipline we put in place to develop young people into Army professionals. TRADOC is about people and preparing them to be ready to win on any battlefield. Nobody in the world develops people or builds Soldiers for Life as well as TRADOC.

#ICYMI Participants across Fort Gregg-Adams—including 59th Ordnance Brigade, U.S. Army Combined Arms Support Command and Army Sustainment University - Logistics Leaders College—competed in the German Schützenschnur marksmanship event for the coveted badge that is awarded from the German liaisons on installation. To get the badge, participants have to qualify on various targets with an M4 rifle and a German Variant Pistol. The amount of targets hit determines if they get the Bronze, Silver or Gold badge. This is the second time 59th hosted the event this fiscal year, and it illustrates its enduring relationships with installation foreign advisors. #VictoryStartsHere #StrongerTogether #ArmyValues
