Willmeng is excited to share the completion of our recent large-scale industrial project, the Buckeye I-10 Logistics Center. This development comprises the ground-up construction of two spec warehouse buildings, road improvements, and parking accommodations. Building 1 features 209 truck bays illuminated by 297 skylights, while Building 2 features 91 truck bays illuminated by 112 skylights. The project also entailed the installation of 62 light poles and 912 parking spots for cars. It was a pleasure to partner with US Capital Development and the City of Buckeye on a project of this scale. Our latest acquisition, Falcon Park 303 Phase II in Glendale, AZ, is a fully leased industrial building with 326,018 SF and immediate access to Loop 303. This investment reflects our continued commitment to the Phoenix market as we see opportunity in purchasing vacant and leased buildings of the highest quality. In particular, Falcon 303 stands out with its strong location and functional design, which allows the building to serve as a competitive logistics facility attractive to modern occupiers for decades to come. Scott Guo, our Phoenix Investment and Leasing Officer, along with our local property management team, will oversee the property.
