Give Our Kids a Strong Foundation! Each year, the UCS Foundation provides our teachers the opportunity to innovate through the Chelsie Bemis Teacher Mini Grant program. At Shelby Junior High, Rachel Krone was awarded a grant to purchase a "Break Out Lock" that allowed her computer science students to put what they are learning to work.
