Key Responsibilities: Vacation Scheduling: Coordinate travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, activities, and transportation for clients. Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring all travel details are confirmed and communicated. Booking Management: Assist in booking reservations for flights, hotels, excursions, and other activities based on client preferences. Problem-Solving: Provide support in handling changes, cancellations, or travel issues that arise during a client's vacation. Travel Documentation: Ensure clients have all necessary travel documentation, including itineraries, confirmations, and tickets. Vendor Coordination: Work with airlines, hotels, and tour operators to secure the best options for clients. Qualifications: Strong organizational and scheduling skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Previous experience in travel planning, customer service, or scheduling (preferred). Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. Passion for travel and creating memorable experiences for others.
