Really enjoyed the chance to join General Atlantic's Human Capital Conference share my thoughts on how GenAI can power a personalized work coach for anyone. Wonderful to share the stage with Prasad Setty, Ana-Maria Constantin and Kaushik Narasimhan and hear their ideas and get inspired by them. Purpose-built Agentic systems are solving many of the problems of single call APIs. This gives enterprise confidence to deploy and experiment, and allows deep workflow integrations. Literally every week our customers are discovering new use cases - it's such an exciting time to be building!

The talent development space is experiencing an increasingly rapid adoption of AI. We’re moving away from L&D chatbots with automated responses, to “context-aware interactions that mirror the insights and empathy of human coaches.” Already, more than 1 in 4 companies have rolled out new AI tools for L&D. By the end of 2024, we anticipate that will increase to 3 in 4 companies. A great piece from Anna A. Tavis, PhD, Chair of the Human Capital Management Program at NYU. #HR #FutureofWork #AI
