In honor of EVS week today, we spotlight Clara Elena Gomez, EVS Tech for the OB and ICU units. Clara has been at VVMC for 17 years. She said what she loves most about her job is the team she works with and the people she talks to throughout the day. The second week of September is National Healthcare Environmental Services Week. This week, we honor the men and women of the EVS team who ensure VVMC is a clean, safe, and comfortable hospital. Not only do they keep the hospital running smoothly, but they also help support a positive patient experience. The discussion included how to support hospitals in Mohave County with the resources needed to provide excellent patient care and fulfill our mission of "Making communities healthier."
