Van Duyn Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is a 513 bed Skilled Nursing Facility, atop Onondaga Hill in Syracuse, N.Y., that offers the best views of Syracuse and lovely walking paths, decks and ample green spaces, all accessible to its residents and guests. Adjacent to Upstate University Hospital Community Campus, Van Duyn is dedicated to providing quality care and diversified services with a professional team of caregivers who focus on each resident as a whole person, encompassing their physical, social, emotional and spiritual needs.
