Powerful Testimony! ✨ "As a military wife and new mother, moving from another state in 2001, it was hard finding a job. Vanguard gave me the opportunity to start my career. Working as a Temp in Johnston, Craven and Wayne County DSS, I found support through all the agencies, but I found my home with Wayne County! I started as a CPS Social Worker, and 17 years later, I became the DSS Director.
