The Harmony Map provides a comprehensive framework to focus on and track your progress in seven key areas: mental, physical, spiritual, relationships, communities, revenue creation, and types of contribution. These Domains are the major areas that make up our lives. Often we find ourselves caught up on one or two Domains at a time. This is an opportunity to raise awareness to when you're setting intentional time aside for the things that really matter to us. It's important to remember that we all experience different seasons throughout our lives that require us to focus on different areas. Harmony is created through a raised awareness of creating the vision we have in each of the areas of our life regardless of the season that we are experiencing in the moment.
