Recently, members of the VeraSafe team came together in Zambia, Africa for a micro-meetup filled with adventure, community service, and camaraderie. Our time together was the perfect blend of work and relaxation with a visit to Victoria Falls, a sunset cruise, and two community service projects. For a 100% remote team, these moments are essential. They allow us to connect, share our diverse perspectives, and strengthen the relationships that make VeraSafe so unique. #TeamMeetup #RemoteWork #Collaboration #VeraSafe

We are thrilled to share a heartwarming initiative from our recent team meetup in Livingstone, Zambia. Through a collaboration with Nkhosi Lodge, VeraSafe embarked on a charity project to bring clean water to the Ngandu School community. The school's previous water source has been non-functional since 2020, leaving them without a reliable supply. Thanks to VeraSafe’s sponsorship, we were able to work on a project to transport water from a nearby borehole directly to the school. Seeing the excitement and gratitude from the community has been incredibly rewarding. It’s inspiring to see the impact we can make together as a company, and we are incredibly proud to support and bring positive change to the communities we visit. #CleanWater #CommunityService #TeamMeetup #RemoteWork #VeraSafe

It was an honor for VeraSafe to present at the inaugural joint review of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework in Washington, D.C. Attendees included EU data protection authorities and members of the Directorate-General for Justice of the European Commission. Representing the U.S. were officials from the U.S. Department of Commerce, Federal Trade Commission, Office of the Director of National Intelligence, and other agencies. The atmosphere was notably upbeat and positive—a sign of the strength and success of the DPF, just one year after its approval. VeraSafe presented on our long-standing Independent Recourse Mechanism, a requirement for all organizations participating in the DPF. We extend a special thank you to the U.S. Department of Commerce for the opportunity to participate in this important event and for their tireless work in ensuring commercially viable options for EU-U.S. data flows. #Privacy #DataProtection #EUUSDPF #DPF
