Veritas Steel hosted some spook-tacularly fun events this Halloween! 🎃 The Veritas Steel Eau Claire HR team participated in the Eau Claire Trunk or Treat organized by Eau Claire Nationals Little League Baseball, and the Eau Claire Office Staff coordinated some “sweet” costumes! Veritas Steel wants to acknowledge the dedication and success of Palatka, FL, employee Marcus Miller. Marcus began his career at Veritas as a Fitter/Welder just one year ago. He joined the mentorship program and worked his way up to Lead. Marcus was then promoted to Site Trainer, working directly with Veritas personnel to provide ongoing learning opportunities that improve work performance. 💫 Marcus is motivated to instill knowledge in new employees. He says, “I enjoy giving them the proper tools to help them be successful.” His goals are to “boost morale, strengthen employee engagement and increase retention.” 💫 Marcus says his favorite part of his job is giving back to the Veritas community. Veritas Steel’s Wausau Facility celebrated Family Day for employees and their families on Saturday, September 28. When asked what she enjoys most about her job, Alison said she values working with a highly skilled workforce that contributes to creating critical infrastructure in an industry that is dynamic and constantly evolving. 🛤 She says, “It’s incredibly rewarding to ensure safety and drive employee engagement in an environment where teamwork and precision are essential. Seeing how the people I work with help build structures that will last for decades gives me a deep sense of pride and purpose.” 🌉 One of Alison’s proudest moments at Veritas was coordinating last year’s company-wide Family Day Event for the 10-Year Anniversary Celebration.
