Grashka has secured €600,000 in investments during 2023 and 2024, with Capital Genetics as the lead investor alongside other angel investors. In November 2024, the company closed an investment round with Vesna VC, securing funding specifically for R&D projects focused on the micro fermentation of legumes. Following the successful completion of the proof of concept (PoC) phase, Vesna VC plans to add additional funding if a project meets their investment requirements. This investment positions Grashka as a technology company developing proprietary micro fermentation technology using native strains in partnership with biotechnology firm ACIES BIO Ltd.
