🎉 What an amazing day at our Texas communities! Earlier this week they celebrated National Night Out! 🌟 Families gathered for an evening packed with delicious food, exciting prizes, and endless fun! There were bounce houses, fun with foam, face painting, music, and tasty treats for everyone to enjoy! 🎈🎶🍔   Beyond the activities, what truly brought everyone together was the camaraderie. Neighbors connected, friendships blossomed, and community bonds were strengthened. We are thrilled to announce that Allyssa Romeo has recently joined us as our new Vice President of Property Operations! With over 16 years of property management experience, Allyssa is poised to lead our collections and financial analytics teams, overseeing and supporting various parts of Vesta's expanding portfolio. Previously, Allyssa achieved success at WinnCompanies, where she held various roles, culminating as the Director of Property Management at Fort Drum, overseeing nearly 4,000 units. Most recently, she developed and implemented strategies to maximize revenue for a 40,000-unit military housing portfolio as the Director of Market Analysis and Pricing Strategy. At Vesta, Allyssa will leverage her data-driven insights to enhance both employee and resident experiences, aligning perfectly with our mission.
