Technical and Vocational Training
Vocational education and training towards re-inventing apparel procedures. An #erasmusplus project.
About us
This Erasmus + project, co-funded by the European Union, seeks to diminish the environmental impact of apparel production through specifically developed vocational education and training modules. VETRINE provides awareness of the negative environmental footprint of the fashion industry alongside learning modules that will consider the entire production cycle including material choices, design and sewing, energy consumption, distribution and post-consumer habits such as repair and recycling.

The HEREWEAR HUB is an excellent resource produced at the end of an EU-funded project on bio-based, local and circular textile production, themes that are also of interest to our project. Vetrine partners CEDECS-TCBL and Centexbel are also partners in the HEREWEAR project, and numerous other Vetrine partners actively attended the presentation of this resource to examine how it could help their students and constituents. Browse the HUB at herewear.tcbl.eu
Today we presented the HEREWEAR HUB, the culmination of four years' work with a collection of 40+ resources to guide you in the sucessful re-creation of local, bio-based and circular communities. The HUB provides invaluable tips, documentation and networking contacts to registered users and will be useful learning for anyone working in the textile, clothing and fashion value chain, but also in other industries who contribute to the circularity of a local community. 👉 Use this free resource at herewear.tcbl.eu #horizon2020 #euproject #circulartextiles #circulardesign #textileindustry #biotextiles #biorefinery #sustainability
