Leadership LINQ at Villa of Hope: This Week's Focus on Insight Insight, as we explored, is the capacity to gain an accurate and deep understanding of someone or something. It goes beyond mere observation or surface-level awareness. In the context of mental health, insight involves recognizing and understanding one's own emotional and psychological state. This awareness is crucial for managing conditions like depression and anxiety, which can significantly affect academic/job performance and personal well-being.

About us
"WE WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU" That statement of assurance, first spoken in 1942 by the Sisters of St. Joseph, represents both our history and our mission. It was our undertaking then, and it is still our promise today. Our name embodies what we provide. For those struggling with chemical dependency, mental or behavioral health concerns, or recovering from trauma, our dedicated staff of professionals provide hope. For youth, families, and adults, we provide integrated behavioral health treatment, both residential and outpatient; community-based services, case management, and mental health programs; community and residential school; group homes, residential treatment, including our community apartment program; and Work Based Learning. The Villa serves Genesee, Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Orleans, and Wayne counties.

Our BOLD Program has the objective of serving and transforming those from our community, by improving the functioning of at-risk, criminal justice and probation/parole-involved adolescents and adults. We look to improve each person's employability, reducing recidivism, addressing basic needs and managing mental health/substance use needs that make maintaining employment difficult while supporting community workforce needs. Our Approach: We take a person-centered approach to meeting the needs of the individuals we serve with an integrated service delivery model, designed to help them live their most meaningful lives. Recently, our marketing team received an AMA Rochester Pinnacle Award for "Best Integrated Marketing Campaign." “We believe in you” has been our agency wide campaign in recent months and was our gala fundraising theme this past April. It represents an organization-wide philosophy. We believe in our clients to achieve success, and potential. We believe in our staff to guide them there, and to reach their own levels of job satisfaction that can be found nowhere else! We believe in our new hires to be tomorrow’s experts in their field. And finally, we believe in our friends and donors to support us — clients and staff alike — all along the way.
