Great progress being made by the Vincent White Ltd team at St Swithins Lane…. Strip Out complete ✅ Design signed off ✅ Samples signed off ✅ First fix underway!!! 🔨🪛🪚 All that’s left to do is get this brilliant scheme built and assist the landord in letting the space!
💥💪 NEW PROJECT SECURED 💪 💥 Another great win for Vincent White Ltd at 1 Albemarle Street in the heart of Mayfair. We're thrilled to have secured the CAT A+ Fit Out of two floors inclusive of common areas, as well as a new Reception to the ground floor. We're looking forward to working alongside Spratley & Partners again to deliver this eye catching space!!!
It's really pleasing for us at Vincent White to have the continued support of previous consultants & clients with us on our journey. As such we are pleased to be transforming this reception and CAT A space and Cambridge Research Park, starting very soon and great to have another great contract outside London when the sun is shining!
I often get asked "Will you work outside London?" Well this week we've secured an 11,000 sq ft Cat B project in Gloucester, and a similar sized landlord project in Cambridge! So, the answer to that question is YES, and it feels great to have two project wins in one week. Thank you to TMD (PM&CA), Feasibility (QS) and Etch (MEP). A big day in a big week for Vincent White. - We welcome Scott Bannon as director heading up delivery - Secured another new Cat B fit out, (more to follow on this) - And moved to our London Office location at 131 Great Suffolk Street. We viewed a few locations but this collaborative space centred around low carbon & sustainable materials made it a perfect choice for us. Give us a call and pop in for coffee!.. Or a sundowner on the terrace.
We do like "a shed" at Vincent White and are pleased to be starting the internal and external refurbishment of this 15,000 sq ft unit on the outskirts of Milton Keynes for overseas owners Nakn. Currently undertaking designs for the incoming tenant too. We managed to introduce the professional team on both teams too. Keep an eye out for pics' in a few weeks time.
