Don't rule out temporary or 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸—it can be a steppingstone to a fulfilling career. Take Xanthe, a 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝘀𝗽𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲, for example. She faced career changes and relocations but stayed determined to find meaningful work. She landed a contract role that quickly turned into a 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹-𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 because of her passion and dedication.
