Last week, our incredible IT Support Team at The COOP (Central Office for Operations and People) successfully completed the project of integrating all our locations with Uber through Olo, our online ordering and delivery platform. While the transition was seamless for our locations, the IT Team quickly and efficiently worked through the challenges they faced. We owe a huge thanks to Christian Salas and Matthew Abraham for their tireless efforts behind the scenes. Their dedication to going The Extra Degree (212) ensures everything runs smoothly. Drake started with Viva in June 2020, mastering the Kitchen station and quickly embracing the Viva Culture, Passion for Food, Obsession for Hospitality and Love for People!  After becoming a Shift Leader, he has consistently taken on additional areas of responsibilities earning his well-deserved promotion to Manager. Viva Chicken recently celebrated the top two winners in a companywide contest to see who had the best year over year increase in guest counts and sales. Jim Zielke (CFO) presented a check for $25,000 to Amber Irby (2-yr GM) of Greenville-Woodruff, SC to split amongst the team and also to Jefferson Riley (5-yr GM) Sun Valley-Indian Trail, NC. to share.
