On October 14, I’ll have the honor of attending the "Les 100 fondatrices" event organized by Les Echos. This event is a unique opportunity to celebrate and give a voice to those who are transforming French Tech.
💡 The numbers reveal a reality: "French Tech is not known for its diversity. Only 20% of startups have at least one female founder."
A powerful reminder that women can and should be better represented in this ecosystem. Yet, the success stories are there. That’s why initiatives like Charlie Perreau’s, Head of Tech-Media-Startups at Les Echos, are so essential.
At Vocads, we were fortunate to be part of Les Echos' startup accelerator, an environment that fosters innovation and inclusivity.
🌟 My advice for women looking to start their entrepreneurial journey?
Never let the fear of failure hold you back. Surround yourself with mentors, share your ideas, and don’t hesitate to ask for help. Every step counts, even the small ones.
I’ll be attending the event for an inspiring evening with speakers like Roxana Maracineanu, former Minister of Sports and former world champion swimmer, as well as to connect with other passionate women entrepreneurs.
A big thank you to Charlie Perreau, for organizing this wonderful event.
