I received a call at 2:33PM yesterday (Sunday) from a local manufacturing plant who experienced multiple simultaneous pump failures after inlet valves were left closed during pump operation. They went through the spares on-hand and were short one pump. Our team at Voigt-Abernathy Company, Inc. was able to mobilize immediately, getting one of our many stocked GRUNDFOS CR series pumps loaded onto a truck and on its way. The customer received, installed and got their system back up and running at full capacity less than 18 hours after the initial call.
