Earlier this year, our Hawaiʻi grantmaking team gathered grantees and partners serving rural communities across Hawaiʻi to explore opportunities for collaborative learning and advancement of community goals, as part of our broader rural grantmaking efforts. The Weinberg Foundation supports several organizations in rural areas as they strive to bring more resources to their communities; build partnerships across sectors to address local needs; and, ultimately, further advance their mission.
