The Lindsey Hopkins Indoor Tennis Facility is located in the Dan Magill Tennis Complex at the The University of Georgia’s Athens campus. The Dan Magill Tennis Complex houses the men’s and women’s varsity tennis teams, their respective coaching staffs, 12 outdoor courts, the Henry Field Grandstand and press box, and the Indoor Tennis Facility. KSi Structural Engineers, now part of Wallace Design Collective, provided structural engineering for the original facility as well as the renovation and expansion.  The existing pre-engineered metal building was replaced with a new facility featuring 6 indoor courts with 600 spectator seats and associated restrooms. The new facility seamlessly integrates with the existing women’s tennis clubhouse building and a new public “front door” helps to connect the two facilities while anchoring the entire tennis complex.  Wallace is passionate about designing higher education athletic facilities that allow students to enjoy meaningful and worthwhile collegiate experiences. Designed as a platform for today’s art, food and music - The Momentary breathes new life into Bentonville, Arkansas. Howell & Vancuren, now a part of Wallace Design Collective, provided landscape architecture services for this innovative project. Serving as an extension of Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, the project included transforming an abandoned cheese factory into a dynamic creative hub. We're excited to be partnering up with MYCON General Contractors, Inc. again on the reconstruction of the Sam's Club Store #4795 located in Grapevine, TX. This is a full gut renovation of a store that was closed a few years ago due to damage sustained by a tornado. 154,000 sqft. single story building with 18 rooftop units, a few air handlers and a small VRF system.
