#WBCDC members/committee members worked to develop this event with the City of Alexandria's planning and zoning staff. Thanks to Mike Newman and our other members for being part of the conversation! We appreciate how they care about the #ConstructionIndustry, #Development and what's coming up for our region.
What an interesting panel from the City of Alexandria's planning and zoning staff led by Robert Kerns on focus areas in development in the city and initiatives. I did not know that Alexandria leads the region with a large pipeline of office to residential conversions. Thank you Washington Building Congress and the governmental affairs committee for arranging this and thanks to City of Alexandria, Virginia staff for making time to meet with our group.
