At last week's 2024 FL DBIA Conference, WCDA partnered with FL DBIA to provide an informative session on how organizations can be ready to deliver their next design-build project. Based on recent WCDA research, this session focused on observations about the importance of people and starting and finishing a project well by addressing the following: - What are the key elements of readiness within owners' organizations? - Are there ways to measure the degree to which owners' organizations are (and are not) ready to execute a successful design-build project?
