Chris consistently goes above and beyond in delivering exceptional care, supporting her teammates, and making a lasting difference for both patients and co-workers at Watertown Regional Medical Center. From mentoring new nurses to bringing comfort and joy to patients, Chris embodies the compassion and dedication that define outstanding healthcare. One example of the care she provides is when she went the extra mile for an elderly patient who couldn’t have his wife visit due to isolation precautions. Kelsey coordinated with the patient’s family to arrange a special anniversary celebration, complete with a telephonic reunion and cupcakes. Our 'Employee Activities Committee' organized another backpack drive, giving our employees an opportunity to donate to the Watertown Unified School District. Last year, we collected 35 backpacks. This year, we collected 46! All filled with school supplies. Thank you to everyone who donated. These backpacks will be distributed to elementary schools throughout the city and given to students who don't have one. #thankyou #employeeengagement #communitysupport #watertownwi
