Our Waukesha emPact emissions control system automatically adjusts to maintain full regulatory compliance, no matter the environment. Compatible with all VHP and VGF SE model natural gas engines and generators, emPact combines emissions control and performance without the need for an SCR system. The system uses post-catalyst O2 sensors to automatically adjust the air/fuel ratio, reducing NOx, CO and hydrocarbons without operator input. The result? Lower emissions and longer catalyst life, allowing for more horsepower per site without triggering emissions limits like Title V. emPact offers OEM-level quality and durability, with sensors that monitor catalyst performance to protect against damage and extend its life.

Flare gas doesn’t have to be wasted. With Waukesha’s VHP Series Five engines, you can turn flare gas into on-site power, reducing emissions in the process. • Lower emissions: Use flare gas as fuel, cutting down on greenhouse gases. • Generate revenue: Sell the flare gas instead of burning it off, turning waste into profit. • Simplify operations: These engines can run on wellhead gas without needing complex treatment. It’s a practical way to reduce environmental impact and improve your bottom line at the same time.
