The court executive office is in San Antonio with divisions in Austin, Del Rio, El Paso, Midland, Pecos, and Waco. The court also operates in Alpine and Fort Hood. It has jurisdiction in over 50 counties of the state of Texas and covers over 92,000 square miles.
