I'm gonna brag on our team here a minute...on Tuesday Seema Shah and Don Han were the key note speakers and workshop facilitators for Orange County Community Foundation's I ❤️ OC Giving Day Summit! They shared some of the values and practices that help us at Groundswell on our road to belonging and they did an amazing job. Resolving conflicts through the legal system, from filing a case to hiring an attorney, can be a costly proposition that may not be an option for many community members. At Groundswell we are proud to be able to offer free mediation sessions to individuals through our community mediation program. Did you know that our Dispute Resolution Programs respond to over 100 conflicts every month? Each of these represents human beings experiencing highly escalated conflict.
