In the US, 7 states are pushing back against the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)'s efforts to regulate #cryptocurrencies, such as the Armenian #crypto #community is - in similar situation with Central Bank of Armenia. The SEC, which traditionally oversees stock markets, is argued to stifle innovation and exceed its authority without Congress's consent in its attempt to regulate cryptocurrencies. #Armenia could take a cue from this, ensuring state bodies, not the Central Bank, oversee crypto regulations to prioritize national interests over external influences.
