How did it all start?
Let's get on the same page first: We are barely scratching the surface of AI's potential. Sure, people were using AI to craft emails, but beyond that? Crickets...
What's the best way to help people adopt AI as seamlessly and inclusively as possible?
It's a three-step journey:
1. Discovery: We start by understanding how you're currently using AI. What tools are you leveraging? How deeply are they integrated into your workflow?
2. Benchmarking: Next, we give you a score and show you how you stack up against others in your industry. Are you ahead of the curve or playing catch-up?
3. Improvement: Finally, we provide a clear path forward. Tailored recommendations and resources to boost your AI game, no matter where you're starting from.
Drawing from my experience with the creation of our Remote Work Score, which provided invaluable insights into distributed work adaptation, I knew we needed a similar tool to navigate the AI revolution reshaping our workplace.
For months, it was just an idea. Then came May 2024.
A long-awaited call with Eryn Peters turned into a fireworks display of possibilities. From the first minute, we knew we were onto something big. This call was the catalyst that set off a chain reaction.
Our research aims to identify and define the stages of AI adoption among knowledge workers. We're exploring AI's impact on productivity, decision-making, and career growth. Through user interviews run 100% by AI, we're mapping the AI adoption curve and identifying key barriers and facilitators.
The outcomes will provide actionable insights and benchmarks for AI adoption, helping organizations and individuals optimize their AI strategies. We're assessing AI usage frequency, tool adoption, impact on tasks, and the effectiveness of upskilling initiatives.
