  • ⭐ Meet Hollie H., a kindergarten teacher at Grandview Elementary! "Looking at students’ skills at the beginning of the year and comparing them to the end of the year is very encouraging. I get to see all types of learners share their knowledge in their own unique ways!” "My students are the best and make teaching so much fun! In a classroom full of kindergarteners, you can only imagine the silly questions and random things they say that keep me on my toes." Thank you for all that you do, Hollie! #WelcomeHometoWeld

  • ⭐ Meet Brooke Larson, an agricultural education instructor at Severance High School! "I have a unique opportunity to teach a subject that students are passionate about and can find something to connect to. I love seeing their excitement about how agriculture connects to their lives and hopefully their future.” "I am proud that some of our students have gone on to study agriculture in various capacities (future ag teachers, ag business, animal science, veterinary technicians, and more). I am also proud of how competitive our students have been in various events through FFA: We have had a State Officer, Gold-winning Farm Business Management team, a National-qualifying Creed speaker, and every year we have a public speaker compete at the state level in some capacity. It has been a real joy to watch these students turn a passion into a competitive event and be successful." Thank you for all that you do, Brooke! #WelcomeHomeToWeld

  • ⭐ Meet Sherry P., the building secretary at Range View Elementary! "My role keeps me engaged from the moment I step into the building until I leave for the day. I interact with students, their families, the community, and school staff to help keep the day running smoothly." "Working for Weld RE-4 has afforded me the opportunity to work in the same district my boys attended. I enjoyed holidays and summers with them while they were in school. Additionally, I've had the chance to grow professionally and transition into different roles as opportunities arose. The staff and families of Weld RE-4 are truly amazing, and I consider myself fortunate to work alongside them" Thank you for all that you do, Sherry! #WelcomeHometoWeld

  • Last week, the Severance FFA students at Severance High School hosted their annual Oyster Fry and did an outstanding job! From preparing dinner to being auctioned off for their work, these students know how to bring our community together. 😁 After an amazing dinner of Rocky Mountain Oysters and steaks, guests at the event had the chance to bid on items donated to the silent auction, as well as bid on students during the live auction. Thank you to everyone who have shown their support of our future leaders in agriculture! 🌾🚜
