You know what they say about making assumptions... What we assume about our target audience isn't always true. Our VP of Strategy Mandy Facer shares why challenging our assumptions leads to better marketing. #ComNet24

Rich storytelling creates emotional connection and emotional connection creates advocates for your cause. Associate creative director Anne Wolfcale talks about her highlight from #ComNet24.

Our president Lisa Sirkin Vielee was interviewed as part of this article discussing the recent request to the USCIS. She reiterated what we as an agency believe — that everyone's voice matters.
Yesterday, the Indiana Secretary of State and Attorney General asked USCIS to verify the citizenship of nearly 600,000 registered voters three weeks before the election and well after the federal deadline to protect the voter roles, leaving many legal scholars and election officials scratching their heads. As the board chair of the Immigrant Welcome Center, I'm disappointed that those responsible for a safe and accurate election have chosen to stoke uncertainty and fear among immigrants who have completed the rigorous citizenship process and are looking forward to casting their vote in their new country and state. Remember: All registered voters—including those who have recently become naturalized citizens—have the right to vote. https://lnkd.in/gDe8vWEK

Don't panic, but AI is taking over the world. No, we're not in a Terminator scenario. But artificial intelligence and technology is in almost every element of our lives and it's not going away. #Inbound2024 may be a marketing conference but there was no shortage of AI talk when one of our team attended. See what we've learned about combining human creativity with AI's efficiency.

This is why we take the time to get to know you and your audience at a deeper level. When we know you better, we connect you better. And that connection drives better results. Let's get to know each other.
One of my favorite lines from this op-ed is, "To become true partners with their clients, agencies must remember that smart clients don't hire them only for what they do, but rather than what they know." Clients value professionals who understand their industry and business, offering solutions that truly drive results, not just meet the requirements of a brief or deliverable. What do you think? Have marketing agencies become too "submissive" as one comment in the article suggests? Are they too focused on fulfilling assignments, or is there still room for strategic innovation? Allow us to introduce the Indiana Life Sciences Association! What used to be the Indiana Health Industry Forum has evolved their brand to better communicate what they do and why they are so vital to the life sciences sector in our state. We have so enjoyed working with the IN Life Sciences team to bring this to life.

Today is #WorldMentalHealthDay so consider this your reminder that mental wellness at work is just as important as the work itself. We're just as guilty of prioritizing deadlines over downtime, but taking care of our minds lets us work (and live) better, happier, and healthier. This month (yep, the whole month) we're prioritizing some self care with activities like yoga, affirmations, and crafts around the office. How are you prioritizing your mental health?
