We love a challenge!! Each quarter, Well & Good introduces an internal challenge that encourages us to level up in some way. The latest was our “Better Together” challenge! The challenge was simple, if you get to collaborate in person other W&G professionals, snap a photo and post on our #bettertogether channel on slack. We don’t always get to work directly with each other to find solutions (screens just aren’t the same!), so it was really cool to see folks challenge themselves to really lean in to those times we do! Each participant then received an entry into our companywide drawing for swag and gift cards. (No, Jonathan Wicks still hasn’t won, and yes, he’s salty about it 😆) We’re excited for our next challenge: #efficiencyrules More on that later 😉 Does your company do challenges like these? Why do you use all white linens, they ask? 🤷♀️ At Well & Good, we use white linens for several reasons—a couple are to minimize the amount of “hidden stains” and emphasize cleanliness and luxury. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Sure, it might be easier to use darker linens that could conceal stains, but that’s not our style.
