About us
Wellness Concepts, Inc. (WC) has been trailblazing since 1999! It started with a pilot program in a corporate cafeteria when WC’s Founder & CEO Amie Hoffman, then a Registered Dietitian and Foodservice Director, combined her passion for great food and nutrition to create interactive culinary-based nutrition education programs to promote healthy eating practices in the workplace. As well-being evolved, so did Wellness Concepts, Inc. Today, with over 20 years of experience, WC provides its tried-and-true nutrition education programs in addition to modalities such as mindfulness, sleep, behavioral and financial health. These additions have allowed WC to provide a more comprehensive, holistic approach to well-being. Our “on-site only” start in the cafeteria has evolved into a much-needed hybrid approach using our proprietary technology (virtual health fairs, challenges, and more) to provide evidence and science-based scalable solutions that remain high touch.
