The 2024 Golden Shovel Competition was a tremendous success for both students and the industry! The day began with a job prep phase where students, alongside industry coaches, showcased their skills in surveying, staking, and planning. By afternoon, they were operating skid steers, building dirt pads for judging. Attendees enjoyed the action from the bleachers and explored the IUOE 103 facilities.
